"Redway" is a brand of QueerView UG (haftungsbeschränkt).

2. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and you may withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (for us: Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht).

3. Hosting (Netlify)

This site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA). When you visit, Netlify processes server log data (including your IP address, time, page requested, browser/OS) to provide the site securely. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Transfers to the USA are safeguarded by appropriate measures (standard contractual clauses / EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

4. Fonts

We use the fonts "Doto" and "Space Mono". They are self-hosted and delivered together with the website by our host. No connection to Google servers is made and no IP address is transmitted to Google or any other third party for this purpose.

5. Contact & forms

If you contact us via the form or by email, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, email, channel, message) to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR). If you request our checklist, we process your email to send it; any further updates only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), revocable at any time.

6. Cookies & tracking

This site sets no tracking or marketing cookies and uses no analytics services. No user-based tracking takes place.
